Do you disbud kids?
We routinely disbud any 4H wether kids, or sometimes doelings that cannot be registered ABGA. Â If you prefer to have a kid disbudded, it must be reserved with payment in full within a few days of birth, as disbudding is done within a week. Â After that, it will have to be done after pickup by your veterinarian.
Do you vaccinate?
We do routinely vaccinate for CDT in our does and kids, in the interest of the 4H market. Â We can keep a kid unvaccinated if preferred, by arranging that with us in advance.
Do you perform routine serum testing?
Yes, we do.  All of our goats, except young kids born on our farm, have been tested at least once, and any new goats that come in are from clean herds and are tested again and placed in quarantine when they arrive, just to be safe. We test members of our herd routinely at random after that.  Feel free to ask us about results anytime.
